do hereby appoint the We Fix Credit (Aus) Pty. Ltd. to act on my behalf in all or any of the following matters:

• To apply and receive and view a copy of my credit report.
• To view the credit information file held by any credit-reporting agency.
• Seek to any alteration or correction of the credit information file held by any credit reporting agency.
• Negotiate with any credit provider or plaintiff or appointed person act on behalf of such individual or organization for which such credit has been provided.
• To retain any lawyer of their choosing to act on my behalf in connection with the work that I have retained We Fix Credit (Aus) Pty. Ltd. to carry out.

I authorise We Fix Credit (Aus) Pty. Ltd., and its agents, employees and consultants to hold discussions pursuant to this appointment with any credit reporting agency or credit provider, legal adviser or government agency, industry Ombudsman Scheme regarding my affairs and financial position and to disclose in the course of those discussions any and all information which I have provided to We Fix Credit (Aus) Pty. Ltd.

I hereby authorise any credit reporting agency, credit provider or government agency approached by We Fix Credit (Aus) Pty. Ltd. pursuant to this appointment to disclose to We Fix Credit (Aus) Pty. Ltd, and its officers, employees, agents, Lawyers, consultants appointed by We Fix Credit (Aus) Pty. Ltd on my behalf any and all information and documents regarding my affairs, financial position and my dealings with the credit reporting agency, credit provider or government agency.

I confirm that I have authorised We Fix Credit (Aus) Pty Ltd to act as my agent to exercise my rights to obtain access to all of my credit information in the possession or control of any credit reporting agency. This authority only applies in connection with:

• An application, or proposed application, by me for credit.
• My having sought advice in relation to credit.

This authority continues until the matter(s) the subject of this appointment are resolved or until I revoke this authority by notice in writing to We Fix Credit (Aus) Pty Ltd

agree to pay We Fix Credit (Aus) Pty Ltd an amount of $1,195.00 upon confirmation of any removal, correction or improvement of any default judgement or enquiry on my credit report. This amount is due and payable upon confirmation of the ‘credit improvement’ to We Fix Credit (Aus) Pty Ltd.

Additional circumstantial charges:

1. I agree to pay We Fix Credit (Aus) Pty Ltd $295.00 inc GST as a processing fee per removal/correction on any other Credit Reporting Bureau of which an additional infringement was been recorded for the same debt.
2. I agree to pay We Fix Credit (Aus) Pty Ltd $220.00 inc GST per week, per Credit Improvement fee” which has not been paid within 7 days of confirmation, as applicable late fees, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
3. I agree to pay We Fix Credit (Aus) Pty Ltd an amount equal to 10% of any amount reduced from outstanding amounts plus 10% GST upon confirmation of the settlement.

I acknowledge that We Fix Credit (Aus) Pty Ltd offer no guarantee with regards to the correction or improvement of any default or judgment on my credit report.

I acknowledge that We Fix Credit (Aus) Pty Ltd reserves the right to revoke any special discounts to the above fees should the payment for the account fall overdue 7 days from the date of the confirmation of “credit improvement”.

I confirm that the information that I have provided to We Fix Credit (Aus) Pty Ltd is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
